Construction Superintendent
We're looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily site operations, ensuring adherence to plans, safety regulations, and timelines.
- Lead subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Monitor project schedules and budgets, making necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Conduct quality control checks and site inspections, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Resolve on-site challenges proactively, keeping projects on track.
- Maintain accurate records, including daily logs, compliance reports, and progress tracking.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
Expertise in construction processes, materials, and safety protocols
Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering productivity and collaboration
Familiarity with project management software (MS Project, Procore, Sage)
OSHA certification preferred
PMP certification & experience with RFIs, change orders, and submittals (a plus)
Experience working on healthcare, clean rooms, biopharma, or manufacturing projects
Work Environment
Locations: Split between company headquarters and worksite locations
Hands-on project oversight in field and office settings

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/hr.
