Skilled Tradesman / Site Supervisor

We are a successful and growing commercial construction company with projects located all throughout British Columbia.
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Tradesman who is willing to travel for up to 2-4 weeks at a time with the goal of becoming a Site Supervisor.
All accommodations are provided while working away from home.
This position is ideal for someone who is looking for full-time, stable work, and is interested in advancing into a Site Supervisor role with the right experience and attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with various tasks on commercial construction sites
- Travel to job sites across BC for up to 2-4 weeks at a time (accommodation provided)
- Support trades, foremen, and supervisors in meeting project goals
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Read blueprints and gain familiarity with site coordination
- Take initiative and demonstrate leadership potential

Hands-on experience in the following areas of commercial construction are essential:
- Demolition
- Steel Stud Framing
- Boarding & Taping
- Finishing
- Hardware & Cabinetry Installation

Qualifications:
-Willing and able to travel throughout BC for extended periods (2-4 weeks)
- Have your own vehicle and valid BC Drivers License
- Own tools and PPE
- Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
- Able to follow direction and take initiative
- Experience reading blueprints
- Understanding of the BC Building Code
- Motivated to grow into a supervisory role
