HVAC Technician/Installer

Installation Duties include lead the installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems (ductwork, piping, equipment); ensure compliance with company standards, local codes, and safety regulations; collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to meet deadlines; train and mentor junior installers and apprentices; maintain accurate records of installations and equipment

Technician Duties include diagnose and repair gas/electric furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and refrigeration units; perform routine preventative maintenance and tune-ups; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues; Conduct system inspections and recommend upgrades or replacements; clearly explain diagnoses, repair options, and maintenance tips to customers.

General Duties include maintain a clean and organized work environment; operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently; document all services and interactions accurately; comply with all company safety, conduct, and operational policies.
