Lead HVAC Installer

Lead the installation of residential and commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork, gas/refrigeration piping, and equipment.

Ensure installations adhere to all safety regulations, local codes, and company standards.

Mentor and supervise junior installers and apprentices.

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal team members to ensure project timelines and expectations are met.

Maintain detailed records of work performed, equipment used, and system specifications.
