Primary Objective : We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager with a strong finance background to lead, plan, and execute capital and operational projects across our facilities portfolio. This role requires a unique blend of project management expertise and financial acumen to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
Essential Functions :
Project Management:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of facilities projects including renovations, build-outs, maintenance programs, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Document Control & Contract Management:
- In coordination with legal department, administer all contracts and change orders for capital projects .
- Track, log and maintain all required engineering and construction documents, contractor and vendor submittals, shop drawings, design review records, special studies, etc.
- Work with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to issue and transmit requested documents.
- Assists with internal audits and county submissions and inspections to ensure department work is performed accurately, efficiently and with cost control .
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively at a fast pace with cross functional departments to finalize time-sensitive deliverables .
- Ensure that document management processes meet legal requirements .
- Partner with Procurement to order and confirm delivery of all interior product necessary for projects .
- Ensure document control integrity by collecting, filing and archiving all necessary document .
Financial Documentation & Reporting
- Provide monthly cash flow projections to Finance team and track cash flows related to all capital projects .
- Monitor and update financials related to capital projects on a daily basis .
- Process all invoices and POs related to capital projects in a timely manner .
- Submit monthly financial reports related to capital projects to the Public Facilities District .
- Support all programs and initiatives of the Mariners Way and maintain a culture where Team Members strive to create exceptional experiences for all guests .
- Will perform other duties as assigned .
Education and Experience:
Required
- Bachelors degree required. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management preferred. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education if approved by Management.
- A minimum of three (3) years relevant work experience required.
Competencies, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
- Successful experience in design-build and/or contracting construction management.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office required. Able to learn new software programs and systems.

The anticipated hourly range for this for this role is $ 3 5 - $45 .
