Construction Site Contracts Manager 5

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $80/hr to $85/hr on W2

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Construction Site Contracts Manager. This role is pivotal in managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle for our datacenter construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction contract management and a passion for process optimization and stakeholder engagement.

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Strong knowledge of construction contract frameworks (e.g., Master Construction Contracts, Statements of Work)
• Expertise in RFP development, bid evaluation, and supplier negotiations
• Familiarity with datacenter construction environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

• Associate's degree in business or related field preferred
• Experience with process optimization and workflow streamlining
• Background in compliance and documentation management

• Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of construction contracts, including change orders and claims
• Participate in sourcing activities for contractors and suppliers
• Identify and implement improvements in contract cycle times, documentation standards, and escalation protocols
• Act as a liaison between project teams, legal, and suppliers to ensure contract compliance and timely resolution of issues
• Lead resolution of contract-related escalations, including scope clarifications, pricing disputes, and performance issues
• Maintain accurate contract logs, enforce documentation standards, and support audit readiness through consistent recordkeeping
