Job Title: Construction Site Contracts Manager 4
Location: Redmond, WA 100% Remote
Type: 18 Months Contract
Position Summary:
Our client, the Global Leader in Technology is seeking an experienced Construction Site Contracts Manager 4 to lead the contract sourcing, compliance, change management, and execution efforts for large-scale infrastructure and data center construction projects. The Site Construction Contracts Manager plays a critical role in supporting datacenter construction projects by managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle. This includes leading RFP processes, drafting and executing contracts, driving process improvements, and managing escalations.
Job Responsibilities:
Contract Lifecycle Management: Lead the drafting, negotiation, and execution of construction contracts, including change orders and claims. Ensure alignment with internal policies and legal standards.
RFP & Procurement Support: Participate in sourcing activities for contractors and suppliers.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in contract cycle times, documentation standards, and escalation protocols. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between project teams, legal, and suppliers to ensure contract compliance and timely resolution of issues. Support onboarding and training of new project managers.
Escalation Management: Lead resolution of contract-related escalations, including scope clarifications, pricing disputes, and performance issues. Ensure timely communication and documentation of outcomes.
Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate contract logs, enforce documentation standards, and support audit readiness through consistent recordkeeping.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of construction contract frameworks (e.g., Master Construction Contracts, Statements of Work)
Expertise in RFP development, bid evaluation, and supplier negotiations
Familiarity with datacenter construction environments
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
8+ years experience required.
