Job Description
+ This position involves hands-on work and leadership responsibilities.
+ You will work closely with laborers and carpenters to ensure all forms are constructed to specifications.
+ Additionally, you will monitor and assist during panel pouring to guarantee everything is completed according to prints.
Responsibilities
+ Lead and assist a team of laborers and carpenters.
+ Ensure construction forms are built to specification.
+ Monitor panel pouring processes to ensure adherence to blueprints.
+ Engage in new construction, concrete, tilt-ups, cast in place, and general construction tasks.
Essential Skills
+ 2-4 years of commercial construction experience.
+ Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints.
+ Ability to use hand, power, and measuring tools.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in tilt-ups and cast in place construction.
+ Familiarity with new construction projects.

Work Environment

+ This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, Washington.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 $25.00/hr.
