What You'll Do
Service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems (rooftop units, walk-ins, splits, and more)
Quickly diagnose issues and provide effective solutions
Work independently or with apprentices to complete projects on time and up to standard
Keep accurate records and communicate clearly with customers
Represent RLP with professionalism and urgency on every job
What We're Looking For
4-6 years of hands-on commercial HVAC experience
Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across HVAC/R systems
Current TDLR Technician Card and EPA Type II Certification
Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
Willingness to take rotational on-call shifts
Foreman or lead experience? Even better
