Working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers, you will transform design concepts and field notes into precise construction documents that meet code and client requirements.Why You Want This Position:Competitive Wage: $70,000 to $80,000/year, depending on experienceSchedule: Monday through Friday -- In-officePaid Time OffIRA with matchOpportunities for growth and skill developmentEssential Functions and Duties:Create detailed construction drawings, floor plans, and elevationsRevise drawings as needed to reflect changes, field conditions, or client feedbackEnsure all drawings are in compliance with relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and company standardsMaintain organized digital files and documentation for each projectAssist in developing as-built drawings and permit submission packagesSupport the design team with 3D modeling, renderings, or presentation drawings when neededQualifications:2-5 years of experience in construction or architectural drafting, preferably in custom residential or design-build projectsStrong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction methods and building systemsProficient in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawingsExceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and qualityExcellent time-management, organizational, and communication skills; collaborative team playerAssociates or Bachelors degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field, preferredGet in touch!
