The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in high-end residential construction, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of estimating large, complex custom builds. This is a key role within our team, supporting our continued growth and reputation for excellence.Why You Want This Position:Competitive Salary: $80,000+/year, depending on experienceSchedule: Full-time401(k) with 3% company matchWork-life balance and a stable long-term opportunityPaid time-off and paid holidaysEssential Functions and Duties:Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for high-end residential projects ($10M-$30M)Review architectural and engineering drawings, specs, and project documentsPerform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for materials, labor, and subcontractor workCoordinate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing and scope clarificationCollaborate with project managers, superintendents, and ownership to develop bid strategiesParticipate in project handoff and preconstruction meetingsUpdate and maintain cost databases, unit pricing, and historical cost recordsQualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in construction estimating, with a focus on custom high-end residential projectsProven ability to estimate complex builds from concept through construction documentsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and pricingProficiency in estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Sage, or similar)Excellent organizational skills, communication and analytical thinkingBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience preferredGet in touch!
