Heavy Equipment Operator

The Heavy Equipment Operator is responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and appropriate manner. Heavy equipment includes front-end loaders, bulldozers, motor graders, scrapers, excavators and other large equipment.

Essential Funct

ions:

- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and effective manner in order to minimize the risk of injury, property damage or loss of life.

- Perform daily safety and maintenance checks.

- Clean heavy equipment as scheduled and/or required.

- Ensure equipment is safely and securely stored.

- Participate in routine maintenance.

- Practice workplace safety.

- Other duties as assigned.

Required:

Valid ND drivers license, preferably Class A CDL (but not required).

Clean driving record.

Minimum of 5+ years dirt experience.

Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
