In this position as Control Account Manager you will:
Foster collaboration across internal and cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Subcontract Management, Business Management, and Program Office
Monitor and manage the weapons team's technical and schedule performance, ensuring alignment with overall program cost, schedule, and performance
Perform monthly analysis of program Earned Value Management System (EVMS) data, providing insights to management to inform decision-making
Manage multiple projects for the Long Range Hypersonic Weapon program.
Directly plan and contribute to proposal efforts, review contract materials and Contract Deliverable Requirements List (CDRL) prior to delivery.
Directly plan and manage program baselines
Typically has 5 - 10 years of professional experience.

- Experience with Proposal and BOE (Basis of Estimate Development)
- Demonstrated knowledge of EVMS (Earned value management)
- Demonstrated experience participating in CEAC, EVM, and BCR ReviewsMust have excellent organizational, analytical, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Project/program management experience
- Experience with large scale military programs.
- Experience operating in a Agile work cycle
- Demonstrated knowledge of the contracting life-cycle processes (RFP, BOEs, negotiation)
- Experience interfacing with senior leadership
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
