Hvac Service Technician

• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues in residential homes.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and seasonal tune-ups.
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components.
• Ensure all work complies with local and national HVAC codes and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners to explain issues and solutions.

• 2+ years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, and ventilation.
• EPA and CFC certifications required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (must be 21+ per company policy).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $93000.00/yr.
