Hvac Service Technician

Job Description

Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues in residential settings, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Perform regular maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC systems, install, replace, and upgrade HVAC units and components, and ensure compliance with local and national HVAC codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork, and ventilation.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Residential HVAC Service Technician.
• Expertise in diagnosing and fixing HVAC system issues in residential settings.
• Effective communication skills and comfort interacting with customers.
• Clean driving record with a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems diagnostics.

• Strong customer service skills.
• EPA and CFC certifications.
• Company policy requires all drivers to be at least 21 years old.

Work Environment

The service position is based around the DMV area with a highly flexible schedule. Availability is key, as service calls are conducted 7 days a week, with each technician managing their own schedule, including weekend and emergency calls.

Job Type & Location

• This is a Permanent position based out of Manassas, Virginia.

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $93000.00/yr.
