Seeking out a part time, experienced maintenance/handyman to manage commercial property in Kilauea and Kapa'a.
Ideal applicants have:
*Prior maintenance experience of 3-5+ years
*Intermediate-level carpentry skills
*Basic to intermediate level plumbing/electrical skills
*Ability to diagnose and address/fix maintenance issues
*Light cleaning/custodial experience
*Can safely operate all basic/electrical/landscaping carpentry tools
*Basic landscaping
*Can coordinate jobs with vendors/subs when needed
*Ability to work well self-directed/independently
*Record of operating safely and with Aloha for all
*Not required but preferred- mechanical experience, understanding of County codes

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
