Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and licensed Project Manager to oversee multifamily residential projects. The ideal candidate will bring 7-8+ years of experience in architecture, specifically in managing multifamily projects. This role offers opportunities for growth and development in project architecture and management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee multifamily residential projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with a team of architects and urban planners to deliver exceptional design solutions.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for project design and management.
  • Coordinate with the urban design studio to explore additional business opportunities.
  • Ensure all projects comply with licensing and registration requirements.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • 7-8+ years of experience in architecture, with a focus on multifamily residential projects.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Licensed or registered in architecture.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in both core and shell and interior projects.
  • Knowledge of ground-up and renovation project management.
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in urban design.
Work Environment

Join a collaborative and casual 50-person firm composed of 45 architects and 5 urban planners/designers. The company is known for its work in multifamily projects and is expanding into healthcare, educational, and corporate projects.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.08 - $52.88/hr.
