Architectural Drafter

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter with over three years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong Revit and AutoCAD Architecture skills and have worked on commercial, education, or multi-family projects. The role involves assisting the team with production work, including the preparation of conceptual site and building designs and working drawings. Additional responsibilities include performing field reviews and preparing written documentation of observations and conditions. Rendering skills are a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist the team with production work, including the preparation of conceptual site and building designs and working drawings.
• Perform field reviews and prepare written documentation of observations and conditions.
• Utilize Revit and AutoCAD Architecture for drafting and design work.
• Engage in projects across commercial, education, or multi-family sectors.

• 3+ years of professional experience in architectural drafting.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Architecture.
• Experience with commercial, education, or multi-family projects.

• Architectural degree.
• Rendering skills are a plus.
• Experience in construction documentation.

The work environment offers a hybrid schedule with the first six weeks in the office, from 9 am to 5 pm, five days a week. After this period, employees can work 2-3 days a week in the office located in West Linn. The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
