Construction Sales Jobs in New York
Responsible for establishing transactions of company services with customers and networking with potential and current clients. Sales representatives must have strong customer service skills as they function as contacts for accounts the company currently holds with different contractors and dealers. They also acquire new accounts.
Sales personnel may recommend products to add to the company’s line, or suggest the modification or removal of one currently available. They are proficient negotiators and have a basic understanding of the construction industry so as to effectively communicate with clients and propose cost-effective changes to the company’s offerings. Sales employees represent one of the departments that contribute to economic business growth.
