Industrial Carpenter

Supervise and coordinate crew activities.
Read plans and specifications to determine construction requirements.
Measure and mark site locations for structures and equipment.
Maintain records on personnel, production, and operational data.
Assist workers using hand tools and equipment.
Inspect work progress to ensure safety and specification compliance.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a drug-free environment.
Train and enforce safety practices and company policies.

Qualifications:
5+ years of verifiable construction experience.
5 years of Foreman experience preferred.
Strong leadership and crew management skills.
Ability to read and understand work plans.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
Strong communication skills with crew, management, and vendors.
Ability to follow safety policies and work in a physically demanding role.
