Concrete Polisher Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Concrete Polisher to join our construction and finishing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for grinding, polishing, and sealing concrete surfaces to achieve a smooth, aesthetically pleasing, and durable finish. This role requires experience with specialized equipment, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities Operate concrete grinding and polishing machines to achieve desired surface finishes. Assess concrete surfaces for imperfections and determine appropriate polishing techniques. Apply densifiers, sealers, and stains as required. Maintain and clean equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance. Follow project specifications and client requirements for finish level and appearance. Ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organized. Collaborate with other team members and contractors on-site. Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies. Essential Skills Proficiency in concrete finishing and using specialized polishing equipment. Understanding of concrete construction procedures. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety standards. Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and clients. Additional Skills & Qualifications Typically, 1+ years of experience in concrete polishing or a related field. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work is conducted on client job sites, including retail and commercial locations. Traveling is required, with jobs primarily within the Pacific Northwest. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
