Please visit us at: www.instagram.com/anvil_builders/ Anvil offers generous benefits such as: Medical coverage- medical, dental, vision, and LTD Flexible paid time off Parental/ Family leave 401k enrollment and % matching contributions Profit sharing Tuition reimbursement Cell phone/ Cell phone reimbursement Gym membership reimbursement The Controllers chief tasks include but are not limited to: Reconcile and/ or oversee all G/L accounts Reconcile and/ or oversee bank account reconciliation Recon loan payments and maintain loan schedules and spreadsheets Fixed assets management & reporting Prepare and/ or oversee various reporting of federal, state, and local tax Assist in preparation of financial statements Prepare and or oversee various management reports Oversee the operation of accounting activities for all entities Maintain documentation system of accounting policies and procedures; implements a system of controls over accounting transactions to minimize risk Oversee production of periodic financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or international financial reporting standards Work with external auditors and provide needed information for annual audits Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local government requirements Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned Produce lease schedules according to ASC 842 Manage accounting staff Required skills: Excellent management and supervisory skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and time management Proficient in Vista/ Viewpoint accounting software Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Education and Experience Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration Ten years or more of related experience required XsiIlN8pKy
