Field Supervisor For General Contractor

We are looking for a field supervisor with a minimum of 7 years experience for our general contracting company. Must have experience and knowledge of high end interior renovations such as bathroom gut renovations, kitchen gut renovations and more. Knowledge on process & procedures when working in coops & condos is a must.

- Write project scopes of work for office manager to create proposal.
- Reviews construction drawings to bid set.
- Contacts clients project manager to confirm start-up requirements.
- Prepares and distributes construction schedule to field crew
- Meet job superintendent for project/plan review, providing sub-contractor & material information.
- Conducts job start meeting on site with all personnel.
- Review and complete all project close-out requirements.
- Receive punch list, confirm completion and sign off from client/architect.
-Conduct daily onsite visits at all work sites
-Purchase, pick-up and delivery of necessary materials
- Take job photos prior to project completion
