Property Relations Supervisor

We are seeking a professional, service-oriented Property Relations Supervisor to support tenant satisfaction and property operations across our client's commercial portfolio. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison for tenants, managing communications, resolving issues, and supporting lease administration. You will coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality maintenance and service standards, oversee property inspections, and will create and manage budgets for operating expenses, capital improvements and other property related costs. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, operational awareness, and the ability to balance administrative and on-site responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Conduct regular tenant check-ins and satisfaction surveys.
  • Address and resolve tenant issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
  • Source, hire, and oversee third-party service providers (janitorial, landscaping, HVAC, etc.).
  • Ensure vendors meet contractual obligations, service standards, and safety compliance.
  • Schedule and supervise routine and emergency maintenance services.
  • Perform regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
  • Manage operating and capital budgeting, especially for maintenance and tenant improvement costs.
  • Track and report on maintenance spending and vendor performance.
  • Maintain thorough records of tenant interactions, maintenance logs, and vendor contracts.
  • Support property managers or asset managers with data for performance analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in property management or tenant relations (commercial experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with lease agreements, building operations, and vendor management.
  • Understanding of commercial leases and tenant improvement processes
  • Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical basics)
  • Familiarity with safety and code compliance standards
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience with vendor and contractor coordination
  • Experience with budget and expense management
