Basic Qualifications Age: 18+ Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a welding program, trade school, community college, or technical institute) High school diploma or GED is required Authorization: Legal ability to work in the country (e.g. US work authorization) 2. Skills/Experience Familiarity with welding techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, Stick) Basic understanding of: Welding safety protocols Blueprint reading Metal fabrication tools Some internships may prefer candidates with: OSHA 10 or 30 certification NCCER welding certification or similar Soft Skills That Help Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions Teamwork and communication Punctuality and work ethic Punctuality and work ethic Salary range: $35,200.00 - $56,300.00 Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
