General Laborer

Starting Pay:$18/hr(with potential for raises and LOTS of overtime!)

Join a trusted industry leader with over 50 years of experience in precast concrete solutions! Were looking for motivated individuals to support our production team in creating high-quality concrete products used in major infrastructure projects.

As a General Laborer, youll play a hands-on role in the manufacturing processfrom mixing and pouring concrete to setting up molds and assisting machine operators.

• Pour, mix, and patch concrete slabs
• Manufacture absorptive concrete walls
• Set up and prep molds for pouring stations
• Bend and tie rebar
• Assist machine operators and perform general labor tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Experience in general labor, construction, or concrete work
• Ability to operate machinery and perform manual tasks
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Manufacturing experience is a plus!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
