Plan short- and medium-term operations to meet production and business objectives.

Supervise the execution of production plans, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Coordinate with support areas to guarantee the availability of necessary resources for operations.

Manage operational budgets, controlling costs and identifying efficiency improvement opportunities.

Ensure the timely delivery of products in accordance with client specifications.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Monitor operational indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and safety regulations.

Lead and develop the operations team, fostering a high-performance and accountability culture.

Collaborate in the definition of the companys strategic plan from an operational perspective.

Production: Validates production planning and ensures alignment with operational capacity and delivery commitments.

Maintenance: Coordinates the operational availability, performance, and cost control of machinery and equipment.

Human Resources: Collaborates on personnel management matters, including staffing, performance management, and employee relations.

Finance: Validates budgetary allocations and monitors expenditure related to inputs and operational needs.

Commercial: Oversees the reception of customer orders and ensures timely delivery in line with commercial commitments.

Safety and Integrated Management System (IMS): Ensures alignment with safety standards and product quality procedures in accordance with corporate guidelines.

Logistics: Coordinates the planning and execution of product shipments to customers, ensuring timely and efficient dispatch.

Quality: Manages responses to client observations and complaints, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly." " Recommends suppliers (new purchasing options).

Plans the production control Process (modifications and improvements in production processes).

Provides technical input to the sales team (e.g., regarding manufacturers, packaging solutions).

Recommends improvements to product quality in both finished goods and in-process materials."

Approves research and development of new products.

Approves maintenance expenses, supply budgets, and monthly control reports."

The Operations Manager also maintains strategic coordination with external stakeholders to support operational effectiveness and innovation:

Suppliers: Coordinates technical evaluations, quality standards, and new product development processes.

Clients: Participates in client visits, trade shows, and industry exhibitions to represent the company and its capabilities."

Planning and controlling operations within a highly specialized industry. Leads the development of new products to meet customer demand, ensures product quality, and responds effectively to market requirements. Coordinates with the Sales team to address client needs and provides post-sales support.

Driving innovation through research and development of new products. Fostering a preventive culture in occupational health and safety.

Physical Requirements:

1. Preserved gross and fine motor skills.

2. Adequate grip strength and pinch function in both hands.

3. Normal or corrected-to-normal visual acuity.

4. Forced vital capacity (FVC) greater than 80%, forced expiratory volume in the first second (FEV1) greater than 80%, and FEV1/FVC ratio above 75%.

5. Audiometric results within normal conversational range, with hearing loss not exceeding 22.5%.

6. Special consideration may be given to individuals with controlled chronic conditions, such as cardiac arrhythmias.

7. Due to potential exposure to dust and fumes, a medical history of pulmonary disease or radiographic evidence of bilateral pulmonary fibrosis will be evaluated (chest X-ray required).
