Carpenter/ Framing / Finish exp. with Plumbing and Electrical

EXPERIENCED FRAMER / CARPENTER / SHEETROCK ROUGH & FINISH HIRING NOW
Location:Brooklyn/ Park Slope and Gowanus

Description:
We are hiring skilled tradesperson who know
Framing,Carpentry (rough and finish),Sheetrock / drywall installation and finishing,Tile, painting, and general maintenance work

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years experience on residential or commercial construction sites
Ability to read and work from blueprints (preferred)
Must be reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Languages preferred: Polish, Russian, or Spanish (to coordinate with current crew on site)

Duties Include:

Framing walls, floors, ceilings

Installing and finishing drywall

Trim and finish carpentry

Tile setting, painting, and maintenance repairs, inclusive of minor electric and plumbing work-
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SATURDAYS 2 TIMES A MONTH IN MAINTENANCE
Must have OSHA CARD- this is NOT only a maintenance job- we build ground-up development projects-
