The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee the maintenance operations team at our Union, NJ Research & Development Facility. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all mechanical, electrical, and utility systems that support our chemical processes and R&D activities.

**_As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will_**

+ Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and contractors.

+ Oversee the maintenance and repair of laboratory equipment, HVAC systems, chemical process equipment, and facility infrastructure.

+ Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program using SAP S/4HANA enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

+ Schedule and assign daily maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.

+ Support safety programs including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Confined Space Entry (CSE), and Safe Work Permits (SWPs).

+ Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance supplies, including assisting in developing and managing the maintenance budget.

**_Qualifications:_**

+ Associates or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical training.

+ Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in a chemical, pharmaceutical, or industrial R&D environment.

+ At least 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

+ Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and instrumentation.

+ Proficient in BMS (Building Management Systems) software and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

The competitive Pay Rate for this role is $110,000 - $120,000/yr. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factor permitted by law.
