Facility Maintenance Technician (Handyman) Needed Full Time

My company does commercial facilities maintenance and construction for retail, restaurant, storage, and other commercial facilities throughout New Jersey. We cover the entire state. I am looking for a new technician that can handle this type of work. Technician MUST have a clean/valid driver's license. MUST have your own tools. Also MUST have experience with trades including door repairs, flooring, carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, painting, etc. I am looking for someone who is driven and wants to work. This work may include nights and weekends occasionally. It is a LOT of driving so please know that going in. Requirements:
Able to speak and read/write in English
Clean/valid driver's license
Experience in building trades
Own your own tools
Open availability including nights and weekends
Willingness to drive a lot
Able to handle manual labor tasks
