Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

We are actively seeking a Commercial Drywall Estimator with 5–10 years of experience in commercial drywall estimating and project management. This is a full-time opportunity with a well-established and reputable commercial contractor known for delivering high-quality interior construction projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive bids for commercial drywall and acoustical ceiling projects

• Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and project documents

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing using industry-standard software

• Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for pricing and procurement

• Participate in pre-construction meetings and hand-off to project management teams

• Manage awarded projects, maintain budgets, and monitor schedules

• Build and maintain relationships with GCs, architects, and clients

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of commercial drywall estimating and project management experience

• Strong understanding of bid work and the ability to transition into managing awarded work

• Solid track record of professional tenure with previous employers

• Familiarity with industry software (OST, QuickBid, Bluebeam, or similar)

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
