• Utilize OST and Quickbid for takeoffs and bid preparation

• Interpret construction documents, blueprints, and specifications

• Collaborate closely with project managers and operations teams

• Attend pre-bid meetings and support the estimating team through final bid submissions

• Ensure all estimates are completed with a high level of accuracy and timeliness

• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial drywall estimating

• Advanced proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Quickbid

• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and materials

• Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and professionalism
