These projects require hardworking construction professionals who take pride in delivering precision, safety, and quality at every stage of construction. We are primarily interested in individuals with experience in concrete formwork, structural concrete, and general carpentry, though motivated skilled laborers with strong construction experience are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Build, set, and strip concrete forms for foundations, footings, walls, columns, and slabs Layout and construct formwork systems to meet project specifications Assist with concrete placement, vibration, and finishing operations Operate carpentry tools, equipment, lifts, and jobsite machinery safely Assist foremen and carpenters with rigging, bracing, and form placement Maintain organized and safe jobsite conditions Work collaboratively with crews to meet production schedules and quality standards Qualifications 3-5+ years of construction experience (concrete forming strongly preferred) Experience building and setting concrete form systems Strong work ethic and commitment to craftsmanship and safety Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be in good physical condition What We Offer Employer Paid Family Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401k Match Reliable Income Paid weekly PTO and paid holidays State Registered Apprentice Program Opportunity to work on significant construction projects in Western Montana Professional work environment with long-term employment potential Our firm, founded in 1960, provides construction services from offices in Bozeman, Big Sky, Bigfork, and Missoula, Montana.
