Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine detailed mechanical designs utilizing advanced CAD software, ensuring precision and functionality.
- Conduct complex analytical calculations to inform and support design decisions, enhancing product performance.
- Employ mechanical inspection tools to verify product specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Engage in hands-on testing and validation of mechanical components within a lab environment, contributing to product reliability.
- Create comprehensive technical drawings and documentation, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), to facilitate clear communication of design intent.
- Collaborate effectively with engineers, suppliers, and stakeholders to assess design feasibility and manufacturability, driving project success.
- Actively participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
- Proven experience in mechanical design and analysis, demonstrating a strong track record of successful projects.
- Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) with a solid understanding of drafting standards and GD&T.
- Familiarity with mechanical inspection tools and techniques, with hands-on experience in a lab setting.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a collaborative mindset.
- Day shift, Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Candidates must be able to commute to Owasso, OK or be willing to relocate before starting work.
