Position Summary:
Leads a team of Service Center Technicians performing factory and warranty services on FOX and Marzocchi products while meeting productivity, quality and revenue goals. The Bike Service Supervisor is responsible to assist in the planning, direction, and overseeing of the daily operations of the Bike Service Department. The supervisor is responsible for leading the workflow of the departments staff concerning their daily job responsibilities. The supervisor is also responsible for maintaining and implementing work systems, procedures, and enforcement of policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of its staff within the department. This individual is to be a daily resource to their team, a leader in terms of the visions of FOX, and an extension of the Department Managers leadership, direction, and goals for the department.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide effective performance feedback through employee recognition, rewards, and disciplinary action with the assistance of the Department Manager.
Work with Department Manager to interview, select, and employ the appropriate number of motivated and well-trained employees to achieve the goals of the department.
Coach, mentor, assist Lead Tech with the training of new employees and staff on new products and upgrades.
Work with other FOX Departments including Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Forecasting, Shipping and Receiving to ensure World Class service for FOX Customers
Act as the escalation contact when customer or department employee has an issue that requires special treatment.
Understand requirements for a Factory Level Paid or Warranty service on all Aftermarket and OEM suspension and/or component products (Forks, Shocks, and/or Dropper seat posts).
Assist Race Department, OEM Technical Department and Engineering Department with special issues and event support.
Lead employees to meet Foxs expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
Work with other departments to troubleshoot Service issues with products.
Work closely with Demand Planning Team, and staff to ensure proper Service kit levels are available always for the technicians to perform their duties.
Be available to attend and participate in company functions and meetings that pertain to Bike Service activities.
Maintain good working relationships with other Departments and Management of FOX.

Understands and has all technical skills necessary for employees in the Service Center

Position Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Management courses or certificates preferred
Experience:
3+ years of bicycle industry experience preferred
3+ years of managing a team in a service or customer center environment
Previous experience with team development including leadership and team building
Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Manufacturing/Service Center Environment
Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
Requires walking, standing, bending and lifting for long periods of time
Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer

Compensation Range $53,978 - $79,168 CADThe compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed above and is the range Fox reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
