Often this requires visits to the construction site to ensure that guidelines for maintaining a safe and efficient working environment are being met.
A VP of Construction is very involved in the economic aspect of the company; they determine competitive pricing, oversee other departments’ budgets, create effective business strategies, and are generally responsible for overall company profit. They also form and maintain positive relationships with potential clients and business partners.
