Head Office: In the West End, offering day-to-day support

Responsibilities

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the rental building, focusing on:

Repairs

Renting suites

Cleaning, and maintaining the building, including individual suites

Filling out RTA contracts and reports for move-in and move-out inspections

Addressing all tenant issues

Conducting daily inspections of the property (interior/exterior)

Overseeing trades and contractors to ensure projects are completed properly and timely

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have previous experience managing a rental apartment building and able to conduct repairs and maintenance.
