Welder

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welder/Fabricator to join our growing industrial services team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in precision metalwork and custom fabrication. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG, TIG, and stick welding on a variety of metals Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols Operate fabrication equipment including plasma cutters, press brakes, and mills Assist in machining, forming, and assembling custom parts and structures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Qualifications 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience preferred Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Welding certification is a plus but not required Benefits: At Express Employment Professionals Red Wing, we offer benefits to all of our Associates from day one including: Medical Dental Vision Short-Term Disability Term Life Sick and Safe time Referral Program Employee Assistance Program Holiday Pay, for qualifying Associates
